Guitar-X Graduate Ross O’Reilly Shows ‘Rare Potential’

Guitar-X One Year Diploma graduate Ross O’Reilly received an excellent review of his recently released debut EP These Four Walls in the autumn edition of Musician, the Musicians’ Union magazine.

The promising singer/songwriter describes the album as “Pop, rock with a bit of a bluesy touch for good measure!” with influences ranging from Steely Dan to The Who. Standout tracks are Same Old and the single, Say it Like You Mean it, which aptly demonstrate the talents of fellow Drumtech and Guitar-X grads Steve Simmonds and Stu Ness who provide excellent support on drums and bass respectively.

Ross is currently writing new material, has a residency on a webcast and recently appeared in a James Morrison video! These Four Walls is available to download from HMV online, Itunes and www.rossoreilly.com.
