Problems Accessing alloutguitar.com

If you are having problems accessing the site, including 412 errors, please report it to our technical team. However, please make sure you have checked this list below for compatibility.

Known Issues

Safari (MAC) – The is a slight issue with the dropdown menu on Safari. However, you can still navigate the site. Hopefully this will be resolved in the next release of Safari.

Firefox/Camino & Flash Player 8 – The Flash Player in the tutorial windows does not display properly. This is due to a compatibilty problem with Flash Player 8. Please install an older version of the flash player until further notice.

Registering

Before you can access a lot of the content you need to register. When you have registered, you will be sent an e-mail containing your password, together with details on how to log in and how to change your password.

Logging on

If you are having problems logging in, please check that your internet browser accepts cookies from this website. These settings can be found in your ‘Preferences’ or ‘Internet Options’ available from one of the menus at the top of your internet browser.

Changing your Password

Once you have logged in you can easily change your password. Click on your username which is displayed near the top of the page in the red bar. This will take you to a form allowing you to change your account information. To update your password, simply enter your new password twice in the fields provided and click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

Just fill in your username or e-mail address and a new password will be e-mailed to you.
