Orange Amplification appoints new MD following record year

Orange can now also announce the appointment of Damon Waller as Managing Director. With over twenty years in the music industry and six years at Orange as Sales Director, Damon has a wealth of experience and proven track record to steer the company into the future. Founding chairman Cliff Cooper will still be taking an active roll in the company, particularly as special preparations are being made for the companies 40th anniversary in 2008.

Orange amplification have also just posted record results achieving a huge 75% growth in UK sales and 50% in International sales in the twelve months to September 2007. Building on the it’s reputation of a pioneering force in guitar amplification and on delivering high quality amps without compromise on construction and tone, it is clear from the sales results that the product is right and the message is getting through to consumers. UK sales manager Antony Gunter has been instrumental in driving through the impressive sales figures and with the help of the acclaimed new Thunderverb series and much heralded Tiny Terror, the company is looking forward to another successful year.
